The last summer weekend

Last weekend was the last real summer weekend, said the meteorologist on the TV. Well, I refuse to believe it, but if it happened to be right, I have no regrets. We made the most of the gorgeous weather this weekend.. took the kids to the playground, visited the Sands Point preserve with friends for a picnic and beach walk, and played tennis at our local park.
