I don't like change. At least not when I've been comfortable and happy with the present situation. But you can't live this long without realizing that change is inevitable. You can't fight it, you have to go with the flow and embrace it, make the best of it. Sometimes it's really hard. Especially when you have to let go of something that was really good in your life. We had to say good bye to our lovely au pair yesterday, and it was so hard. We've been in this situation before, but it never gets easy. This time it was extraordinarily tough because we had such a great relationship and clicked so well together.
S - you have a beautiful spirit and you really are beautiful inside and out. You are smart, strong, and have a great sense of humor. You will be very successful in anybody's standards, but remember that the most important thing is that you decide how to define your own success! I am so excited for you to start a new chapter in your life, and can't wait to see how you will apply yourself to future challenges. Keep dreaming, keep believing, and work hard towards making your dreams a reality.
