the Fringe Goes Out

I love my H&M fringe vest, and it's been perfect for the cool spring weather. This past Saturday I put the fringe to work, and it was on the go all day. 

First it went to run an errand in the morning. It was paired with an old Andrew Marc leather jacket, Target jeans and Fendi bag.

Then it got to go to a 40th birthday party brunch, for which it was paired with Ann Taylor pants, and a Valentino bag.

The party was at the Breslin restaurant located in the Ace Hotel on 29th Street. A very cool hipster kind of place.

The food at the Breslin was to die for..probably the best brunch food that I've had in a long time.

Back on the East Coast

I was definitely feeling the Monday blues today...after last week's California trip, and the Super Bowl Sunday, I was pretty beat when the alarm woke me up at 6:30 a.m. this morning. I trudged through this unremarkable day, and am now looking forward to the best part of it, which is coming up soon
---> going to bed!

Back in Town

The summer is over, and with it, the City life has begun. This was my New York City outfit yesterday: an old linen shirt (Jones New York), a black jersey skirt (Vince Camuto), gladiator sandals (JustFab) and burgundy bag (Gucci). As you can see, my photographer (i.e. my daughter) has decided that posing is boring, and the pictures need to have some natural movement in them. Find the one posing picture below...
